Behind-the-ear hearing aids are now much smaller, sleeker and lighter. A BTE hearing aid fits behind the ear and attaches to a clear tube to an earmold or earbud that is inserted into the ear canal.

Receiver-in-canal (RIC)
Also known as Receiver-in-the-ear (RITE), RIC hearing aid caters to all types of hearing losses ranging from mild to moderately severe. The hearing aid produces some of the most natural sounds and offers a discrete look compared to its counterparts.

In-the-ear (ITE)
These flesh-toned hearing aids are custom-molded to your ear's exact shape. They fit comfortably and are visible in the outer portion of the ear.

In-the-canal (ITC)
These hearing aids are custom-molded to your ear’s canal. They fill a small portion of the lower half of the outer portion of the ear.

Invisible hearing aids
These hearing aids are the most discreet of the custom-molded hearing aids since they are completely integrated into the ear canal. For easy removal, a small clear pull cord is attached.
